Gerald J. Brinser (Jerry) is a life-long resident of the Hershey-Palmyra area. He is a graduate of Lower Dauphin High School, Hershey Junior College, College of Emporia, and Dickinson School of Law. He began solo practice in 1972, and has been practicing law in Palmyra for 51 years until his retirement from Brinser Wagner in December 2023

Jerry has served on various non-profit boards, regularly teaches Sunday school and speaks in various churches on occasion.

Keith D. Wagner received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Duquesne University School of Law and has been an attorney since 1985. He has been a partner in the Firm since 1987. Keith focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law Issues, Real Estate and Business Law.

Keith D. Wagner received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Duquesne University School of Law and has been an attorney since 1985. He has been a partner in the Firm since 1987. Keith focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law Issues, Real Estate and Business Law.
Mr. Wagner was a former Assistant District Attorney for Lebanon County, and has served on several Non-Profit Boards and Committees, including currently as a Board Member for Londonderry Village. Keith attends the Fairland Brethren in Christ Church where he is a Sunday School Teacher and serves as the Director of Administration. Keith also enjoys agriculture and is actively involved in his family's operated Wagner Christmas Tree Farm. In addition to enjoying the outdoors working on the Tree Farm, Keith also enjoys traveling, mechanical work, playing tennis and spending time with his family.

Jeremy D. Wagner
Jeremy D. Wagner graduated from Hershey High School, Messiah College in Mechanicsburg and most recently Widener Law Commonwealth in Harrisburg. He has been with Brinser Wagner as a licensed Pennsylvania attorney since 2018 and a partner in the Firm since 2024.

Jeremy D. Wagner graduated from Hershey High School, Messiah College in Mechanicsburg and most recently Widener Law Commonwealth in Harrisburg. He has been with Brinser Wagner as a licensed Pennsylvania attorney since 2018 and a partner in the Firm since 2024.
Jeremy has a general legal practice that focuses on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Landlord Tenant, Domestic Matters and Criminal Law. He is also a member of the Lebanon County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Jeremy attends South Lebanon Community Church regularly and enjoys spending time with his Wife and kids in Cornwall. He also enjoys spending time outdoors working in his yard, fishing or spending time at the Palmyra Sportsmen's Association.
